Real Madrid clinched their eighth Club World Cup after beating Al Hilal 5-3 thanks to goals from Benzema, Vini Jr. (2) and Valverde (2). Real Madrid also lifted the European Super Cup against Eintracht Frankfurt. Ancelotti's team also won their twentieth Copa del Rey by beating Osasuna in the final with Rodrygo scoring the goals and being named MVP in the final.
