The away kit is orange, just like the team's third kit from the 2013-14 campaign, when they lifted La Décima. The detailing around the collar, the adidas logo, club crest, sponsors and stripes down the shoulders are in different shades of blue. The inspiration behind the design comes from the idea that it doesn't matter where the team is playing, because the madridistas are always connected by the stars in the sky.

The third kit is dark grey in colour, with black and white detailing around the neck and on the sleeves. The three stripes on the shoulder are in black, while the crest and logo, which sees a return of the iconic adidas Originals Trefoil to mark the brand's 75th anniversary, are in white.
